1. Acceptance
By using ZodiacMoonMatch ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
2. What the Service is
ZodiacMoonMatch provides astrological Moon-sign readings and compatibility content for entertainment, self-reflection, and relationship conversation purposes. It is not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and shouldn't be treated as a substitute for professional guidance of any kind.
3. Accounts
You don't need an account to use ZodiacMoonMatch. Creating an account (email or Google/Apple Sign In) is required only for saved history. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.
4. Cost
ZodiacMoonMatch is free to use — solo profiles, compatibility checks, DreamScribe, and saved history all come at no cost. If we ever introduce paid features in the future, we'll update these Terms and make pricing clear before you're asked to pay anything.
5. Accurate input, approximate output
You're responsible for the accuracy of birth details you enter, including for other people. When a birth time is unknown, the Service estimates a Moon sign and clearly flags results as approximate — treat those results accordingly.
6. Entering someone else's information
When you add a second person's birth details, you confirm you have their permission (or are entering publicly known information about a public figure) to generate a compatibility reading. Don't use the Service to harass, stalk, or gather information about someone without their knowledge or consent.
7. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the Service: no scraping or automated bulk queries, no attempting to bypass the free-check limit through technical exploitation, no reverse engineering, no using the Service to harm, defame, or harass others.
8. Intellectual property
The Service's design, copy, and the moon-phase arc visual system are owned by Bridge2brilliance. You own the shareable images you generate and may post them freely; please don't claim the underlying app or its content as your own.
9. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bridge2brilliance is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including decisions made about relationships based on its content.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Rome, Italy, except where local consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring a claim in your own country of residence (which applies to many users in the EU/UK regardless of this clause).
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
